Calvados, a source of inspiration for Parisian bartenders

Calvados Christian Drouin has published a book containing calvados-based cocktail recipes, interviews and thoughts from 14 Parisian bartenders. The book «Calvados Cocktail Inspiration» is a testimony to the new dynamism of calvados in French mixology, and to the bond between French bartenders, calvados and the Drouin house.
