Producing quality Eaux-de-Vie and knowing regulatory requirements

 

AUDIENCE
This course is for any person who distills or wants to distill, people who have just bought a pot still or have contracts for aged eaux-de-vie with negociants, and more broadly, to anyone wishing to practise Charentais distillation.
