Distillation

Distillation is a key stage in spirits production. Thanks to a process involving evaporation and condensation, it enables the concentration of alcohol. It allows the distiller to trasnform a fermented drink into a spirit. Either continuous or discontinuous, it has a strong impact on the quality and aromatic profile of spirits.
