Questions to Damien Bertrand

Damien Bertrand  is a consultant and trainer. He is an instructor at the CIDS in the following training courses  Sales strategy: brand identity, distribution networks, digital communication  and Sales strategy and international transaction management

1 - In a tough international economic and geopolitical context, is it reasonable to undertake an internationalisation strategy?
I'm not planning to take part in the crisis, are you? In the very difficult and complex times we are living through, there are two types of reaction: those who huddle together and wait for things to pass, and those who see new opportunities and want to take advantage of this time to emerge victorious and reinvent themselves. The cards will be reshuffled and new opportunities will open up in the future.
Training to better understand the markets and their needs is part of the solution for moving forward as close as possible to consumers’.

2 - Who should attend the F6 Sales Strategy and INT Sales Strategy training courses?

Through my two courses, the first on the fundamentals of exporting, and the second more advanced, for those already experienced in exporting but who want to go further, I offer solutions and approaches for small and medium-sized businesses on the international stage, based on over twenty years' experience. We look at practical issues, both upstream and downstream of a business deal, discussing how to organise your export sales and distribution force, as well as specific markets such as Duty Free/Travel Retail, to name but a few.
Finally, during these training sessions, participants share their experiences and discuss situations that may arise for you too.
