P1R - Level 2 : discovering rums

OBJECTIVE
Being able to identify and describe, through tasting, the main rum categories, on the level of production processes as well as sensory identity. 

AUDIENCE
This course is aimed at any person wishing to strengthen their knowledge of rums. 

PREREQUISITE
Having attended the F1B course, or showing a good general knowledge about spirits.
